About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and internationally-minded Customer Success Manager to manage high-value complex accounts and build strong relationships with strategic enterprise clients. This role requires a KPI-driven approach and the ability to excel in a fast-changing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own account relationships for multiple high-touch Enterprise clients, maintaining activities within our CRM.
- →Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives and deliver measurable improvements.
- →Nurture high-value accounts for retention and expansion, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- →Onboard client executives and empower them to use products for business transformation.
- →Utilize BlueOptima’s reporting suite, BI tools, and Google Workspace to provide engaging insights and relationship reviews.
- →Act as the Voice of the Customer for internal teams, representing product feedback and experience.
- →Provide Marketing with Success Stories to generate educational collateral.
Requirements
- ✓Prior B2B strategic Customer Success Management experience is essential.
- ✓SaaS experience is highly desirable.
- ✓Strong understanding of CRM systems and data insights.
- ✓Ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- ✓Experience with BI tools and Google Workspace.
