About the Role
We are looking for a Java Web Backend Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable SaaS applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyse, design, develop, implement, test and maintain application software components
- →Analyse client requirements and convert them into technical specifications
- →Own development of features and improvements
- →Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- →Identify and resolve architectural inefficiencies in design
- →Lead and mentor a team of junior developers
- →Interact with internal client-facing team and provide technical support
- →Engage with clients to provide support on your component as and when required
Requirements
- ✓Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable SaaS applications
- ✓Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies
- ✓Ability to analyse client requirements and convert them into technical specifications
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural inefficiencies
- ✓Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers
- ✓Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external clients
