About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Power Tools team at Robert Bosch Australia. This critical role involves building relationships with key account partners and driving growth across existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive profitable sustainable growth for both the Power Tools department and the customer
- →Support and drive select key accounts while working with current key account managers
- →Develop and maintain a rolling 3+ year strategic account plan
- →Maintain strong relationships across key account categories
- →Deliver distribution and range expansion within key accounts
- →Maintain execution excellence via a strong future planning process
- →Utilise advanced negotiation skills to win expanded ranging and promotional support
- →Liaise with 3rd party merchandise organisations to deliver execution excellence
- →Represent Bosch values and principles with all stakeholders
