About the Role
Robert Bosch South Africa is a leading provider of innovative tracking solutions. We are searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in South Africa. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the South African market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new leads within target industries (e.g., logistics, transportation, construction, agriculture, mining, rental fleets, security, personal use).
- →Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points.
- →Develop and present compelling, tailored solutions that demonstrate the value and ROI of our tracking products.
- →Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including proposal generation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- →Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- →Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the South African tracking and telematics sector.
- →Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tracking or telematics industry.
- ✓Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- ✓Deep understanding of the South African market.
- ✓Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- ✓Knowledge of proposal generation, negotiation, and contract finalization processes.
