About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to lead and manage operational activities for the local unit, responsible for operational results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, develop, and engage a team of approximately 20 people, promoting high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- →Ensure daily execution of sales order entry and management according to customer requirements
- →Verify orders for completeness, material availability, commercial terms, and correct delivery dates
- →Monitor changes, cancellations, exceptions, delivery blocks, and delayed orders, ensuring a healthy order flow and on-time deliveries
- →Act as the main interface with Finance, Tax/Fiscal, Logistics, Warehouse, Transport, and Sales teams
- →Manage local stakeholders, acting as a focal point for operational escalations
- →Ensure application of regional process guidelines and implementation of central projects and initiatives
- →Conduct continuous improvements and process standardization, promoting automation, reduction of manual work, and touchless order initiatives
- →Identify recurring problems in daily operations and implement practical and sustainable solutions
- →Support system testing, rollouts of new tools/processes, and training for local users
- →Collaborate with global O2C hubs, process managers, and other areas in improvement and standardization initiatives
- →Define, monitor, and present operational KPIs that demonstrate area performance (e.g., OTIF, backlog, order lead time, blockage rate, productivity, service level), ensuring transparency and corrective actions when necessary
