About the Role
We are looking for an eBike Inside Technical Support Specialist to join Bosch eBike Systems. This role combines technical expertise with a passion for cycling to provide exceptional support to bike dealers and end consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical and service-minded hotline support to bike dealers
- →Address technical inquiries and product support needs for end consumers
- →Troubleshoot and resolve technical or software-related issues
- →Make informed warranty decisions according to company guidelines
- →Document calls and cases in our CRM tool
- →Build and nurture excellent customer relationships
Requirements
