About the Role
We are looking for an HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our Home Comfort department. This role involves providing technical support for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as maintaining relevant systems and delivering technical expertise to solve customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take hotline calls from professionals and end-customers with technical questions
- →Support the 1st level support by being onsite in case of complex technical issues
- →Maintain all relevant information in systems like eAcademy, CRM, SAP, and TIS
- →Maintain the eAcademy by editing content, updating notices, and managing the calendar
- →Deliver deep technical knowledge and expertise to help solve customer problems
- →Execute acceptance, scheduling, assignment, and follow up of customer orders for after sales services
- →Handle complaints
- →Support overall back-office services, administration, and assistance in defined areas within after sales
- →Support the production of digital training/content and promote trainings and extended warranty contracts
- →Present tools like easyscan, MobTIS, TIS, and SSK to service technicians
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- ✓Experience with CRM, SAP, and TIS systems
- ✓Excellent customer service and communication skills
- ✓Ability to solve complex technical issues
- ✓Experience with eAcademy or similar training platforms
- ✓Knowledge of after sales service processes
- ✓Ability to work in a team and collaborate with trainers and stakeholders
