About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Product Manager - Commercial Goods to join our team in Mexico. This role focuses on new product development, addressing portfolio gaps, and managing the lifecycle of assigned products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the strategic management of the commercial goods product portfolio in Mexico, owning the full lifecycle from concept to phase-out.
- →Drive growth through market intelligence, identifying gaps and opportunities via customer insights and competitive analysis.
- →Develop business cases and financial justifications for product introductions and lifecycle decisions.
- →Ensure data and technical accuracy, maintaining product specifications and OE cross-references.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- →Support marketing and branding initiatives, delivering product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- →Lead issue resolution, including quality claims and logistics challenges.
- →Act as a subject matter expert, sharing insights and contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, preferably in commercial goods or related industries.
- ✓Strong understanding of UX and time-to-market stage gate processes.
- ✓Ability to develop business cases and financial justifications.
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- ✓Knowledge of key performance indicators and P&L management.
