About the Role
We are looking for a PIM/MAM Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating and handling first-level support issues related to PIM/MAM software, data, content, and user administration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and handle 1st level support issues in relation to PIM/MAM software, data/content, and user administration
- →Troubleshoot malfunctions and identify solutions to fix them
- →Ensure requests are handled in time and to the full satisfaction of users
- →Provide live system training for new users
- →Implement simple configuration changes and bug fixes
Requirements
- ✓Experience with PIM/MAM software
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills
- ✓Ability to work in a global team and collaborate with cross-functional international communities
- ✓Potential for travel (up to 5%)
