About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Expert Tier) to join Wing, a company redefining the future of work for companies worldwide. This role involves handling new customer onboarding and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

→Handle new customer onboarding by following established SOPs
→Provide GoHighLevel technical support, including integrating Zoom accounts and assisting with phone verification issues
→Support Facebook Ads–related inquiries, including setting up Facebook Business Manager and creating and managing ad accounts
→Communicate with clients and internal teams via Discord

Requirements

✓Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel
✓Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and ad accounts
✓Previous experience in customer onboarding or customer support
✓Excellent spoken and written English (very good accent required)
✓Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
✓Comfortable working with offshore teams
✓USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
✓Working Webcam
✓Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
✓Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
✓Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
