About the Role
You will provide product training to both customers and internal colleagues. You will also develop and deliver customized training to support the Sales departments and assist the Marketing department in preparing for trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver product training to customers and internal colleagues
- →Develop new training programs and conduct necessary research
- →Collaborate with educational institutions and other companies
- →Develop new training concepts using media like video, web-based training, and virtual reality
- →Ensure efficient, clear, and customer-friendly transfer of product knowledge
- →Work with other Technical Trainers to cover specific products
- →Focus on heat pumps and other electrical products due to energy transition
- →Maintain expertise in technical product and system knowledge
- →Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments and technical applications
- →Update training materials and training rooms
- →Play a key role in the market introduction of new products
- →Provide 3rd-line support for field problem resolution
