About the Role
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation efforts. This role involves supporting the documentation of business processes and solutions for our SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the documentation of business processes and solutions for our SAP S/4HANA implementation in Docupedia and SAP Signavio.
- →Drive the standardization of processes and train international teams in using SAP Signavio for documentation.
- →Assist project managers with the planning, management, documentation, and execution of logistics and IT projects using Track and Release (JIRA).
- →Develop potential uses for Artificial Intelligence to optimize project management and process documentation.
- →Prepare for meetings, write minutes, monitor deadlines, and handle general project management tasks.
Requirements
- ✓Analytical skills and innovative thinking.
- ✓Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Docupedia, and SAP Signavio.
- ✓Familiarity with JIRA and project management tools.
- ✓Understanding of logistics and IT processes.
- ✓Strong communication and documentation skills.
