About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead an enterprise-scale AI performance marketing transformation program, focusing on agentic and AI-enabled MarTech solutions. This role requires strong executive presence and hands-on program orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead complex client-vendor relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner to VP and SVP-level stakeholders
- →Translate AI and MarTech initiatives into clear executive narratives, outcomes, and expectations
- →Own end-to-end delivery across program and project management, including planning, governance, dependencies, risk, and execution
- →Orchestrate across engineering, data, MarTech, and AI teams using best-practice delivery
- →Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle
Requirements
- ✓Strong background delivering performance marketing and MarTech programs, including platforms such as Adobe
- ✓Working knowledge of AI-enabled performance marketing, including agentic workflows, LLMs, RAG, and modern data platforms
- ✓Experience partnering with technical teams to apply AI to marketing optimization
- ✓Proven ability to drive fast, measurable value from AI and MarTech initiatives
