About the Role
Brightwheel is seeking dynamic go-getters who thrive in achieving ambitious sales goals. This role focuses on making 100+ cold calls daily to early education centers, bringing energy and optimism to each call.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct 100+ cold calls per day
- →Use discovery questions and active listening to understand prospect’s pain points
- →Schedule product demonstrations for prospects
- →Confirm attendance for scheduled demonstrations
- →Manage pipeline information accurately and regularly reflect on key metrics
- →Collaborate with manager to improve sales process
- →Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
Requirements
- ✓Strong English fluency (verbal and written)
- ✓Cold calling experience preferred but open to someone starting their sales career
- ✓Grit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goals
- ✓Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- ✓Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
- ✓A proven top performer in previous experiences, consistently hitting and exceeding goals
- ✓Positive mindset with ability to navigate change and quickly adapt
- ✓Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools preferred
