Your Job:
As the Paid Media Specialist at Brooks, you will partner with your manager and team to help execute Brooks’ digital media strategy while ensuring our media agency is held accountable in meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly KPI targets. In partnership with the National Paid Media Lead, you will ideate, put in requests for creative, and optimize and report on seasonal campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to help plan and execute the seasonal campaigns to achieve campaign and channel KPIs while also helping to manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with our media strategy and monitor day-to-day performance. You will work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and Digital Products teams to support comprehensive plans to attain target KPIs for each channel. You will assist initiatives aimed at improving brand perception and grow consideration among target audiences with the objective of increasing traffic to BR.com and our partner retail stores. You will accomplish this by planning and executing on full funnel strategies across multiple media channels including paid social, online video, programmatic display, custom content, OOH, TV, and more.
Your Responsibilities:
• Partner with your manager to help with the development and execution of full-funnel seasonal paid media campaigns designed to achieve marketing and business KPIs in partnership with the Senior Manager, Paid Media; media channels including paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), programmatic display/video, OTT/CTV, OOH, TV, and other tactics as needed to prospect and retarget runners to drive consideration and conversion for the business.
• Lead Tactical Planning for Seasonal Tier 3 and Sales campaigns.
• Submit creative request templates and help guide the design of all display, video, print, out of home, and paid social assets for Brand Campaign, ensuring they’re built to platform best practices.
• Support paid media team members with the development, execution, and reporting on all Brand and Product campaigns as needed.
• Work cross-functionally across the organization and clearly communicate with cross-functional teams: Analytics, Integrated Marketing, Organic Social, Creative, eCommerce, and Digital Products to effectively plan, execute and report on campaigns.
• Partner closely with our media agency partners to deliver on our media plans and performance goals.
• Assist in monitoring measurement and reporting across your managed paid campaigns; gather insights and provide recommendations to better optimize and scale future programs.
• Responsible for pulling data, analyzing, drawing insights, and clearly communicating campaign results on a monthly and as needed basis to team members.
• Develop, test, and learn opportunities across all media channels with aligned KPIs.
• Monitor larger annual paid media budget and billing process, laddering into QRF process with oversight from Sr. Manager, Paid Media.
• Monitor individual campaign budgets to ensure spending is within plans and accurately reconciling efforts for finance needs.
• Assist in monitoring overall budget management across the full Paid Media business.
• Other responsibilities as required.
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree(s)
• 1+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or similar field; agency or in-house experience highly preferred
• Experience in assisting and executing multi-channel paid media campaigns; channel experience includes paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), programmatic video & display, OOH, TV, etc.
• Must be comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Experience leveraging data and insights to analyze performance KPIs to maximize media investments
• Proven experience in developing and monitoring a media or marketing budget
• Creative and brings new ideas for how we can reach new runners in surprising and compelling ways
• Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while simultaneously seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another
• Proactive and highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented and goal driven mindset, while juggling multiple projects successfully
• Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products, or other departments’ operations and/or morale; “connecting the dots”

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $31.47 - $47.20 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
