About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Buildout, the AI deal engine for CRE brokerages. This role focuses on driving product adoption and generating lead opportunities for individual broker customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide hands-on training and answer questions to help customers integrate Buildout into their day-to-day workflow
- →Leverage the CS platform, Planhat, to follow automated playbooks and engage customers based on activity
- →Lead small-group and one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual brokers
- →Support the creation and distribution of educational content like training videos and webinars
- →Capture customer feedback and feature requests to share with the Product team
- →Ensure customers are utilizing all relevant features within Buildout products
- →Perform against retention and lead generation KPIs
- →Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-sell
- →Practice excellent data hygiene for reporting on key metrics
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in post-sale, customer-facing roles for a SaaS product
- ✓Proven ability to manage a high volume of customer accounts and proactively drive engagement
- ✓Experience in leading training sessions or product demonstrations
- ✓Familiarity with customer success platforms like Planhat, Gainsight, or ChurnZero
- ✓A track record of identifying and referring expansion or upsell opportunities
- ✓Bonus: passion for real estate technology or experience in Commercial Real Estate
