About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Operations professional to join our core team at bunch, a leading tech-enabled fund administrator for VC, PE, and alternative assets. This role will play a pivotal part in scaling our business and revolutionizing the private markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding and act as the main point of contact for Account Managers during post-onboarding
- →Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for enterprise and fund customers, ensuring all deadlines are met
- →Execute complex post-close operations processes, including capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting
- →Collaborate with module owners and own projects to improve workflows that enhance the quality and speed of delivery
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in dynamic environments like consulting, VC, or law
- ✓Knowledge of fund services and operations or experience in fund law
- ✓Strong client-first attitude and experience communicating with customers
- ✓Excellent communication skills for cross-functional reporting and stakeholder updates
- ✓Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
