Reach is a Dinova product that connects restaurant brands with consumer credit card holders through card-linked offer campaigns delivered via publisher partnerships. The Product Operations Manager owns the technical operations execution — building and maintaining the processes, data pipelines, integrations, and automations that make the product run. The Tech Ops Manager works directly with the Manager, Program and Partnerships who owns external relationships, prioritization, and go-to-market strategy daily to coordinate across every Dinova department standing up a reliable, scalable operational infrastructure. This person is operationally minded and hands-on technical: they lead integrations with internal systems like Salesforce and NetSuite, write and maintain Python scripts and SQL queries, monitor API integrations, and build reporting dashboards—using AI coding tools like Claude to accelerate that work.
We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Who we are
Dinova, now a part of Buyers Edge Platform, is a leading digital procurement network and solutions provider for the foodservice industry. Dinova operates a preferred business dining program that connects corporations and their employees with a network of over 24,000 restaurants. Our mission is to deliver dining savings to corporations and drive business growth for restaurants through innovative solutions. As part of Buyers Edge Platform, a company revolutionizing the foodservice industry with technology, purchasing power, and collaborative partnerships, we are dedicated to empowering stakeholders across the entire foodservice ecosystem. This role is integral to expanding our reach and impact with business diners and corporate credit card holders.
Your impact:
Program and Partnership & Operational Ownership
• Lead technical execution for the Reach team: the Manager, Program and Partnerships owns external relationships, prioritization, and strategy; this role owns the systems, data pipelines, integrations, and automations that make the product run day-to-day.
• Partner with the Manager, Program and Partnerships daily to translate product decisions into operational reality—scoping build effort, flagging technical constraints, and owning delivery of the infrastructure
Salesforce Configuration & CRM Operations
• Coordinate with the Salesforce team to configure and maintain Salesforce for Reach workflows: build custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports that support campaign setup, merchant onboarding, and billing tracking.
• Own the Reach data model in Salesforce; ensure campaign records, merchant accounts, and offer data are accurate, complete, and integrated with downstream systems.
Data Integration & Data Pipeline Health
• Own the operational relationship with data partners: monitor daily pipeline health, validate inbound campaign and transaction data, and ensure offer activations, redemptions, and settlement records are flowing accurately.
• Build and maintain error alerting and automated data validation checks so that pipeline failures or silent data gaps are caught before they affect campaign performance or billing; own investigation and resolution of data discrepancies.
Campaign Operations
• Execute the end-to-end campaign workflow—offer configuration, data submission to publisher systems, activation confirmation, live monitoring, and campaign closure—with automated QC checks at each stage to catch errors before they reach production.
• Build and maintain the operational tooling (scripts, automations, dashboard alerts) that supports the PM and account teams in tracking campaign status and resolving issues quickly.
Merchant Onboarding
• Build and operate the merchant onboarding workflow: data intake, Salesforce provisioning, merchant setup, and offer configuration—with automated validation and status tracking to minimize manual steps and reduce time-to-first campaign.
Reporting & Analytics Infrastructure
• Build and maintain Metabase (or equivalent) dashboards that give the PM, Sales, and Account teams self-service visibility into campaign performance, diner acquisition, offer redemption rates, and incremental spend.
• Write and maintain SQL queries against Dinova’s data warehouse to power reporting pipelines; use Python scripts and AI tools to automate report generation and flag anomalies without manual intervention.
Billing & Invoicing
• Build automated reconciliation processes that match card-network and transaction data against billing records, flag discrepancies, and generate invoices for performance-based fees with minimal manual handling.
AI-Assisted Technical Operations
• Use AI coding tools daily to write, debug, and maintain Python scripts, generate Salesforce configurations, build SQL queries, and accelerate API integration
work; AI is a core part of how this role gets work done, not an optional enhancement.
• Document and share reusable AI-assisted workflows and automations across the Reach team so that operational tooling improves continuously without accumulating manual overhead.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, IT, and Operations to build and maintain the processes and systems each team depends on to support Reach—acting as the operational infrastructure layer that connects the PM’s strategy to execution across the organization.
About you:
Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and integration: custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and reports—you configure it yourself, not just describe what needs to happen.
• SQL proficiency: writes queries against relational databases to extract, validate, and transform data for reporting and reconciliation pipelines.
• Python scripting: comfortable writing and maintaining scripts for data processing, API calls, automation, and reporting—with or without AI assistance.
• API integration experience: has worked with REST APIs, understands authentication patterns, can read API documentation, and can troubleshoot integration failures at the data level.
• Data pipeline monitoring and validation: experience building or operating scheduled data workflows; knows how to set up error alerting and data quality checks so failures surface before they cause downstream damage.
• BI/reporting tool proficiency: Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent—can build and maintain dashboards without a dedicated analyst.
• Daily AI tool usage: uses Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs as a coding and operations accelerant—prompting for Python scripts, Salesforce configurations, SQL queries, and debugging—not as a novelty but as a standard part of the workflow.
• Cross-functional operator: comfortable working across Sales, Finance, IT, and Product to gather requirements and build systems those teams depend on.
• Ownership mentality: takes accountability for end-to-end delivery, flags problems early, and builds sustainable systems rather than one-time fixes.
Experience:
• 3–6 years in a technical operations, systems operations, or product operations role where hands-on configuration and scripting were core responsibilities (not just oversight).
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration at the configuration level (custom fields, flows, objects, reports)—admin certification a plus.
• Experience with SQL and Python in an operational context (data validation, reporting pipelines, API integrations, or automation scripts).
• Experience working with or alongside a product manager in a fast-moving, early stage product environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in card-linked offers, digital advertising, fintech/payments, or restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Experience with REST API integrations and data pipeline monitoring.
• Experience building dashboards in Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) to write or debug scripts, generate configurations, or accelerate technical work.
What's in this for you:
• Great benefits from day one. We offer medical, dental, vision, FSA, company-paid life insurance, and more—plus a 401(k) with company match.
• Grow with us. Enjoy strong training, development, and competitive pay.
• Work-life balance. Our flexible PTO policy lets you take time when you need it—no accrual required.
