About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager - Walmart Omni Channel to join C.A. Fortune. This role will act as a 360 account manager for our client base for Walmart and Walmart.com, focusing on developing organizational expertise and driving ROI.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with internal C.A. Fortune teams to develop organizational expertise for Walmart and Walmart.com
→Provide insight into key metrics for performance throughout Walmart's Omnichannel
→Plan and execute marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
→Create operating standards for running client businesses both online and in-store
→Act as a 360 Account Manager for C.A. Fortune client base for Walmart and Walmart.com
→Develop and execute plans to drive ROI via performance-based and brand-building strategies
→Represent client interests to Walmart.com
→Analyze and report on client business results on Walmart.com initiatives
→Share overall understanding of the inner workings of the Walmart.com platform
→Handle New Item Setup, Pricing, SEO, Content, and digital advertising on the platform

Requirements

✓Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
✓4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience
✓Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
✓Understanding of Retail Link, SupplierOne and Walmart Connect and Walmart’s broader ecosystem
