As we continue to grow, we are looking for several talented and capable Account Executives to support the delivery of a number of global clients who have partnerships within F1. Working as part of a small team, the role of an Account Executive requires the delivery of sponsorship assets across to a variety of audiences, as well as strategic development and on-site activation execution.

The role will be based at Right Formula’s offices in Battersea, London, and will require international travel.

Key Responsibilities
·       Support and look after the day-to-day administrative detail, including compilation and presentation of written documents and administration of any budget
·       Play a supporting role to support the creation and implementation of the client’s partnership strategy, at the direction of the Account Manager
·       Reporting, tracking and administration for all partnership activity
·       Tracking of all relevant costs relating to client’s on-site activation
·       Handling all aspects of the administration of the client account in a professional and timely manner
·       Liaise with graphics team internally at Right Formula on the client’s collateral
·       Support the operational planning and delivery of events, including not but not limited to: end-to-end guest management, supplier sourcing and management, gifting and collateral sourcing and management, development of run of shows, HSSE considerations, onsite management.
·       Onsite support including management of guests and co-ordination with key suppliers
·       Build strong relationships with the client, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis at middle to junior management level
·       Build a ‘trusted team player’ status internally

Skills and Experience Required
·       Knowledge and understanding of sport and /or entertainment market
·       Understanding of business principles and practices of partnership management
·       Prior work within motorsport desirable
·       Strong multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to works efficiently and to tight deadlines
·       Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
·       Excellent attention to detail
·       First class customer service skills
·       Outstanding organisational, planning and research skills
·       Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
