About the Role
The Associate Product Manager role at CAI supports the execution and operational management of the company's digital product portfolio. This individual contributor position works closely with the digital product team to drive roadmap execution and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage tasks and activities associated with digital product roadmap initiatives
- →Break down roadmap epics into actionable tasks and track timelines and dependencies
- →Coordinate cross-functional contributors including development, marketing, sales, and operations
- →Manage CAI regions as an internal account, handling requirements and support needs
- →Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and document outcomes
- →Develop process maps, user workflows, and functional documentation
- →Manage execution of marketing deliverables for product launches and updates
- →Support development and updates of user training materials
- →Track digital product opportunities, proposals, and active delivery projects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field
- ✓3–5 years of experience in product operations, project management, account management, or related discipline
- ✓Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- ✓Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without formal authority
- ✓Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Sharepoint, Teams
