About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to support key partners who refer their small business customers to us for easy access to finance. This pivotal role will be the driving force behind fueling expansion and success with our existing partners, helping to deliver cutting-edge embedded finance solutions to small businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and analyze application funnel performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- →Proactively identify and execute scalable growth initiatives across existing partnerships
- →Deep-dive into customer journeys through partner platforms to transform user experiences
- →Act as the primary point of contact for partners, delivering timely support and driving engagement
- →Collect partner feedback to influence product roadmap and drive offering evolution
- →Support new partner acquisition by pitching high-value prospects
- →Address challenges with partners as the first line of defence
- →Lead the invoicing process and performance tracking for partners
Requirements
- ✓At least 1 year experience working with partners or clients
- ✓Outstanding communication skills to inspire stakeholders
- ✓Analytical ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- ✓Commercially savvy operator who can spot growth opportunities
- ✓Positive mindset and eagerness to learn
- ✓Degree level education or higher
