About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join California Closets. This role focuses on ensuring company sales goals are met or exceeded while maintaining high standards of customer service and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coach and mentor an assigned team of Design Consultants
- →Ensure direct reports deliver exceptional customer experiences
- →Performance manage underperformers following company guidelines
- →Collaborate with Sales Manager and other leadership to ensure training completion
- →Work with the General Manager and Central Support team to ensure appropriate lead mix
- →Help Design Consultants create Personal Marketing Plans
- →Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members
- →Co-manage sales contests and incentive programs
- →Analyze sales data and develop strategies to address areas of opportunity
- →Monitor and enforce sales team participation in industry meetings
- →Ensure correct usage of CRM and quality of data entry
Requirements
- ✓Strong history of in-home commission sales leadership
- ✓Experience coaching, developing, and training a sales team
- ✓Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
- ✓Strong leadership and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage performance and address underperformance
