About the Role
Camber is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. This role will serve as a centralized resource supporting our Account Managers by taking ownership of customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and operational support across our customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Directly own customer inquiries and investigation requests, resolving cases independently
- →Diagnose operational and financial issues from customers, escalating complex cases when needed
- →Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common support scenarios
- →Create and optimize workflows to streamline customer support processes
- →Collaborate with Account Managers for seamless information handoffs
- →Contribute to knowledge base development and maintenance
- →Work with Implementation, SMB, and Enterprise teams for consistent support
- →Analyze support metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of customer support experience
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
