About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive new customer acquisition for our growing company. This role provides a career path in outbound sales for a talented individual who can engage prospects with confidence and persistence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects through calls and emails
- →Communicate our value proposition to decision makers and qualify them for sales opportunities
- →Deliver against a quota for qualified leads
- →Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers
- →Collaborate closely with Account Executives to help close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth
- →Contribute to optimizing our sales development approach for ongoing improvement
- →Use Salesforce for lead and pipeline management and sales forecasting
- →Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates and process optimization
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of work experience
- ✓Prior experience as an SDR is preferred but not required
- ✓Prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales is preferred but not required
- ✓Must be fluent in Spanish
- ✓Ability to adapt easily to new situations and eager to learn and contribute
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Determined to exceed goals weekly with self-accountability
- ✓Assertive, persistent, persuasive and a good listener
- ✓Smart and confident to build client relationships and overcome objections over the phone
