About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join Canva's Sales & Success team. This role focuses on identifying strategic pipeline opportunities, driving demand generation, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate closely with the Sales & Success team to identify strategic pipeline opportunities
- βBuild the pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, and qualification meetings
- βBecome a Canva product and market expert, staying across accounts, territories, competitors, and trends
- βWork cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- βUse tools like Salesforce, Pocus, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to manage pipeline
- βHit key performance metrics across weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
Requirements
- βStrong track record of generating pipeline and driving revenue growth
- βConfidence in outreach across channels - phone, email, social, direct mail
- βSharp account planning and objection handling skills
- βOrganized, goal-driven, and comfortable managing own workflow
- βExperience using Salesforce and outreach platforms
