About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Canva's Service Design & Delivery (SDD) group. This role will act as a bridge between User Voice and broader Canva teams, turning strategic priorities into clear action plans to ensure seamless user experiences as Canva scales.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive delivery for both minor and major change programs, from product launches to pricing updates
- βTranslate ambiguous briefs into structured project plans with clear milestones and ownership
- βCoordinate timelines, track progress, and proactively identify risks and dependencies
- βLead support strategy and enablement for key launches and high-impact initiatives
- βPartner cross-functionally across User Voice, Product, Marketing, Content & Discovery, and Design Experience
- βSupport operational cadences, goal planning, and team rhythms within Service Design & Delivery
Requirements
- βDirect Program or Product Management experience, ideally within the tech space
- βAbility to move projects from chaos to clarity, even with incomplete or evolving briefs
- βStrong business and user acumen, balancing trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and impact
- βExperience collaborating across multiple stakeholders with different priorities
- βSkill in communicating complexity through structured documents, visuals, or data-driven recommendations
- βProactive, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves to get things done
- βEnthusiasm for building operational foundations that support high-quality experiences at scale
