About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join Canva's Sales and Success team in London. This role focuses on driving sales growth in the SMB market segment across Europe, working closely with customers to provide tailored design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- βConduct outbound sales activities to identify, prospect, and engage with SMB clients
- βDevelop a deep understanding of SMB customers' needs to tailor Canva's solutions effectively
- βProactively reach out to potential SMB clients via phone, email, and other channels
- βBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMB clients
- βCollaborate with internal teams including Sales & Success, Marketing, and Product
- βMeet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- βKeep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management
- βStay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- βProven track record of success in outbound sales or account management roles
- βStrong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- βResults-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth
- βAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- βFamiliarity with CRM and outreach software
- βFluency in German
- βPrior experience in tech industry, SaaS sales, or working with SMB clients is a plus
