About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success organization at Canva. This role focuses on streamlining enterprise onboarding and user workflows, with a strong emphasis on SSO and identity integrations.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and support enterprise customer onboarding for SSO integrations and SCIM provisioning
→Advise and guide customers through complex technical issues related to authentication, integrations, and identity management
→Provide high-quality remote technical guidance and respond to ad hoc technical questions
→Support customers during technical onboarding activities and ensure successful implementation
→Partner closely with Product and Engineering to share customer insights and influence the product roadmap
→Create high-quality, client-facing documentation including step-by-step SSO implementation guides
→Enable internal Sales and Customer Success teams through knowledge sharing and documentation

Requirements

✓Experience project-managing technical aspects of enterprise implementations (e.g., APIs, integrations, authentication)
✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✓Proven abilities to partner with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs
✓Deep hands-on experience with SAML 2.0 and SCIM provisioning
✓Working knowledge of identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, ADFS, etc.
✓Experience administering at least one Identity Provider (IdP)
✓Solid understanding of security concepts including MFA and authentication protocols
✓Experience working with large, strategic enterprise customers
✓Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
