About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Feedback Specialist to join the CTL Operations team at Canva, focusing on the Teams & Education / B2B product area. You will analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback using tools like Enterpret, Canny, and Looker to translate findings into actionable insights for product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze raw feedback data using Enterpret and Canny to generate actionable insights for product managers and business partners
- βUnderstand the core drivers of customer feedback and product issues through analytical skills and product knowledge
- βPartner with stakeholders in User Voice to drive Close The Loop strategies
- βContribute to the development and fine-tuning of categorizing Loops using JIRA, CHT categories, and Enterpret
Requirements
- βPrior experience within SaaS or product-led companies with attention to detail
- βAnalytical thinking with customer empathy; ability to dig into complex problems and connect the dots
- βClear communication skills to synthesize findings into compelling narratives
- βComfort with spreadsheets, presentations, and quick learning of new tools
- βStrong time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- βResilience in high-pressure or ambiguous situations; natural curiosity about the βwhyβ behind problems
