About the Role
Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Gen AI for the banking domain. This role involves supporting transformation initiatives and leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for integrating AI capabilities into existing processes and operating models.
- →Conduct requirements gathering, impact assessment, and gap analysis related to AI-enabled solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- →Translate business needs into clear agile-driven features and user stories to support implementation within governance frameworks.
- →Support adoption of AI-enabled tools by assisting with user onboarding, issue resolution, and process documentation.
- →Engage effectively with global stakeholders, ensuring compliance with risk, regulatory, and control standards in a banking environment.
- →Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with the AI Assistant platform, including login, navigation, and document generation problems.
Requirements
- ✓Strong Business Analysis experience (8+ years) supporting transformation initiatives.
- ✓Relevant experience in Gen AI (2-3 years).
- ✓Understanding of AI applications in enterprise environments, including data platforms and Large Language Models.
- ✓Ability to work with global stakeholders and ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and control standards.
