About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking a Product Control Analyst to join their Finance Controllership team. This role involves analyzing financial adjustments and their impact on regulatory reporting processes within the Markets and Securities areas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather and analyze information on manual ledger adjustments performed by Product Control teams
- →Investigate and assess the impact of adjustments on regulatory reporting, focusing on Counterparty Credit Risk and Liquidity
- →Classify, structure and present information clearly for management stakeholders
- →Collaborate with Product Controllers to identify root causes of adjustments and trace them back to data quality issues
- →Build understanding of how financial adjustments affect regulatory reporting
- →Propose process improvements to strengthen data flows into regulatory reporting
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills and business-focused mindset
- ✓Well-organized and methodical approach to work
- ✓Experience in Product Control or Product Control change delivery
- ✓Experience in regulatory reporting, particularly Counterparty Credit Risk
- ✓Knowledge of process mapping and control frameworks
