Key Responsibilities
- →Create comprehensive BRDs, functional specs, and test plans.
- →Translates technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
- →Document current-state processes for SMTP relay, email security, and compliance workflows.
- →Prepare “As-Is” and “To-Be” process maps for mail flow and governance.
- →Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate requirements and priorities.
- →Analyze logs, metrics, and reports to support decision-making.
- →Act as liaison between architects, engineering teams, and business units.
- →Assist in POCs for SMTP changes and security features.
- →Validate that implemented solutions meet business needs.
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of email systems and SMTP fundamentals.
- ✓Familiarity with secure email gateways (Proofpoint or equivalent).
- ✓Experience in requirements gathering and process modeling.
- ✓Proficiency in tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow (for CMDB and Change workflows).
- ✓Ability to summarize complex documentation into executive-level reports and dashboards.
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
