About the Role
Capco Paris is seeking an HRBP for a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave. This role will focus on payroll management, HR development, employee administration, and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate monthly variable payroll elements
- →Control pay stubs and settlement statements
- →Manage relationship with payroll provider
- →Handle meal vouchers
- →Organize and follow up on mandatory interviews
- →Develop and implement training plans
- →Participate in evaluation processes
- →Track medical visits
- →Manage employee files from entry to exit
- →Handle internal mobility tracking
- →Work with global teams on compliance
- →Manage HR intranet (CapcoHub)
- →Support HR projects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
- ✓Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in banking or consulting
- ✓Fluent in French and English
- ✓Autonomous, team player with stakeholder interaction skills
- ✓Flexible and responsive
- ✓Business partner mindset with legal compliance awareness
- ✓Knowledge of SYNTEC collective agreement is a plus
