About the Role
Cape is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the development of a privacy-centric cellular network. This role involves building a secure platform that gives customers end-to-end control of their digital identity, optimizing for resiliency, privacy, and security.

- →Bridge core technology with specific requirements of various landscapes
Requirements
- ✓Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a similar field
- ✓Demonstrated success leading engineering organizations that have built and operated high-concurrency, distributed systems
- ✓Deep experience with global cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- ✓Understanding of modern cryptography, identity management (OIDC, SAML), and privacy-preserving technologies
- ✓Experience building monitoring and telemetry stacks
- ✓Track record of working with Product and Design leaders to translate technical roadmaps
- ✓Ability to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity
