About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team at CapTech. This role requires the ability to adapt and perform in a wide variety of technology-driven project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional teams, bringing together the business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
- →Sharing and implementing best practices from different development methodologies (ex: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models) as needed by project.
- →Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making.
- →Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- →Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project.
- →Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project.
- →Desire to share with and develop a community of project managers and leaders.
