About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Learning Experience Designer based in Poland to own and scale customer learning across multiple CaptivateIQ products and personas.
This is a senior, production-focused role with end-to-end ownership of primarily asynchronous learning experiences delivered through our learning platform. You will design and build role-based, product-specific learning paths, develop new courses, refresh existing content, and continuously evolve education as our products and workflows change.
This role is critical to helping customers adopt complex technical functionality across our multi-product ecosystem while reducing friction for Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Youβll focus on:
Multi-product, multi-persona learning paths (e.g., Builder, Maintain, Finance, Partner)
Implementation, UAT, and operational workflows
Ongoing use, troubleshooting, and optimization
Finance, reporting, and advanced usage patterns
This is a remote role based in Poland. You will collaborate closely with teammates in EMEA and North America.
Responsibilities
β’ Gather and analyze data to determine learning needs and outcomes
β’ Design and build role-based, product-specific learning paths across multiple CaptivateIQ products and user personas.
β’ Develop high-quality asynchronous learning experiences, including courses, in-product walkthroughs, scenario-based modules, assessments, and job aids.
β’ Translate complex product functionality, data flows, and incentive workflows into clear, scalable learning experiences.
β’ Become a product expert by working hands-on with the CaptivateIQ application and related workflows across our product suite.
β’ Own release-aligned content updates by partnering closely with Product to add, revise, or retire learning assets as features evolve.
β’ Turn common implementation patterns, UAT scenarios, and troubleshooting themes into structured, repeatable async education that reduces Support/PS/CS volume.
β’ Develop and maintain core customer learning journeys (e.g., Builder, Maintain, Finance) in our learning platform, ensuring clear progression from foundations to advanced topics.
β’ Establish and maintain instructional design standards, templates, and patterns to ensure consistency across learning paths and products.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Product, Revenue Operations, and Finance to identify learning goals, outcomes, and source content.
β’ Measure ROI and learning effectiveness using data and analytics (course engagement, assessments, behavioral, and support signals). Use data to continuously improve engagement and outcomes.
β’ Optimize learning technologies (LMS, in-product education, authoring tools) to support scalable distribution, tracking, and reporting.
β’ Contribute to the long-term education roadmap as we expand into additional products, workflows, and personas.
β’ As appropriate, mentor and coach peer content developers to improve instructional design and development skills.
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, learning science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Proven experience designing learning for complex, technical, multi-product software environments.
β’ Demonstrated success building and maintaining asynchronous learning programs at scale, ideally for external customer audiences.
β’ Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and assessment strategies.
β’ Experience creating role-based or persona-driven learning paths across different user types (e.g., builders, maintainers, finance).
β’ Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar).
β’ Experience using a Learning Management System to distribute training and track engagement, completion, and scoring.
β’ Ability to independently manage projects in an iterative, fast-moving environment with evolving products and priorities.
β’ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform content and journey decisions.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Portfolio of learning design samples (e.g., courses, journeys, assessments, job aids) that demonstrate your approach and impact. Your portfolio should include at least one example of skills analysis and learning design, one writing example in English, and one multimedia example.
β’ Based in Poland, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team across EMEA and North America time zones. You must be able to work flexibly with a distributed team, including colleagues in different time zones (6-9 hours).
Nice to Have
β’ Experience in data modeling, financial systems, or commissions software.
β’ Experience supporting multi-product B2B SaaS environments.
β’ Program or curriculum management experience (e.g., owning a roadmap, coordinating work across contributors).
β’ Experience building customer academies or external training programs in platforms like Skilljar or similar.
β’ Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team.
