About the Role
CaptiveAire is seeking an Application Engineer to join their engineering team focusing on HVAC equipment. This role involves shaping, advancing, and supporting innovative HVAC solutions for various real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with internal sales and engineering teams to design sustainable mechanical ventilation and control strategies
- →Provide comprehensive final reviews of critical projects to ensure accuracy and alignment with design standards
- →Deliver real-time technical guidance to sales engineers and resolve design questions efficiently
- →Research unique applications and develop training resources for sales staff
- →Review and analyze remote monitoring data
Requirements
- ✓BS in Engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred)
- ✓0-5 years of engineering experience
- ✓Knowledge of HVAC/Ventilation systems preferred
- ✓Ability to manipulate data using Excel or similar software
- ✓Strong communication skills to discuss complex mechanical equipment with diverse audiences
- ✓Self-starter capable of handling long-term tasks with minimal guidance
