About the Role

We are looking for a Captain Lifecycle Marketer to join Careem's Captain Marketing Team. This high-impact role focuses on bridging the gap between operations and brand, bringing Captains closer to the heart of Careem through digital and offline engagement.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the Captain lifecycle from digital lead generation to community events
→Execute monthly engagement events across the Emirates
→Organize large-scale 'Tea & Talk' sessions to foster community spirit
→Manage paid media campaigns on TikTok and Meta
→Track performance metrics like CPA and conversion rates
→Write marketing copy and create content for various channels
→Liaise with internal stakeholders and creative teams

Requirements

✓2–4 years of marketing experience with digital and offline lead generation focus
✓Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu (Arabic advantage)
✓Willingness to travel for evening events and field work
✓In-office role required for team alignment
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✓Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations
