About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, user-focused Business Analyst to join our Monetisation team at NhΓ Tα»t, Vietnamβs leading digital property marketplace. This role will enable property agents to scale their businesses while driving sustainable revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- βParticipate in building the Property verticalβs annual monetisation strategy and design roadmap to achieve ambitious targets via effective packages and seller tools.
- βAcquire and engage paying sellers by optimizing sellers success. Perform deep segmentation analysis to understand seller behavior and proactively develop optimization plans to maximize their ROI and spending.
- βResearch market trends and competitor landscapes to propose and experiment various monetization schemes.
- βBe a User-focused and Data-Informed business partner with the Monetisation Product team. Dive into large-scale datasets (BigQuery, SQL) and frequently engage with users to identify pain points and turn these insights into actionable solutions.
- βIn charge of Go To Market planning and execution for selective monetisation and agents features.
- βMonitor sellers' success and business impact closely by preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Provide the "why" behind the numbers to help leadership make informed decisions.
- βAd-hoc projects delegated by Manager/Head of Department.
