About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on extracting practical insights from large data sets to drive product, platform, and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

→Perform exploratory data analysis on large sets of data to extract practical insights
→Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key partners
→Guide product managers on proper design and measurement of experiments
→Promote statistical thinking and rigor in creating metrics and analyses
→Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch impactful features
→Utilize strong business acumen to design KPIs, diagnostic metrics, and benchmarks
→Develop and articulate data stories for stakeholders
→Mentor and coach other data analysts
→Drive data self-service capabilities in the Product Team
→Leverage generative AI and analytics-oriented AI tools to accelerate data exploration
→Apply AI-assisted techniques to uncover deeper insights in marketplace data

Requirements

✓Strong background in data analysis and statistical thinking
✓Experience with experiment design and measurement
✓Ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
✓Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini
✓Knowledge of semantic search, LLM summarisation, anomaly detection, and clustering
