About the Role
The Project Management Specialist will be part of the Works and Project Management team in the Northwest Area, specifically in the Liguria region. This role involves supporting the preparation of cost estimates, managing construction site activities, and ensuring project completion according to specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- βContribute to the preparation of cost estimates based on technical specifications provided by clients
- βSupport the programming of construction activities and manage the procurement and logistics of all resources
- βCoordinate the execution of construction site works to ensure completion according to schedules, technical specifications, budget, and timelines
- βAssist in defining and managing project budgets using analyses provided by the Management Control Officer
- βPerform handover of completed works to the Contract Manager and Contract Coordinator
