About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team and support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. This role involves managing CRM campaigns, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement marketing campaigns across CRM channels like email and push, and our internal marketing channels
- →Monitor user behavior and engagement within the Carousell app
- →Analyze campaign data to drive campaign improvement and support the team with data reporting and generating insights
- →Liaise with internal stakeholders to align and collaborate on category/workstream campaigns
- →Identify test and learn opportunities
- →Execute CRM executions of Regional Marketing campaigns across all participating markets
- →Provide basic support for CRM data consolidation and analysis
Requirements
- ✓Experience in CRM and marketing campaign management
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze user behavior and campaign data
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to work with internal stakeholders and align on campaign strategies
- ✓Knowledge of regional markets, particularly Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, and Taiwan
