About the Role
Carta is seeking a Brand Design Intern to join our Creative Team and contribute to the evolution of our Brand Design System. This 10-week internship will provide hands-on experience in auditing, designing, and building a Figma-based Brand Asset Library.
Key Responsibilities
- →Audit and rebuild social, email, and presentation templates into high-functioning Figma components
- →Apply the new design system to a real-world business initiative
- →Present your library to the marketing team and create documentation
- →Support the senior design team with junior-level production work
- →Participate in creative brainstorm sessions
- →Master Figma auto-layout and component properties
- →Collaborate with your Manager and Mentor on remote execution
Requirements
- ✓Recent graduate or final year student in Graphic Design, Advertising Art Direction, or similar
- ✓Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating excellent taste and command of form, composition, typography, and color
- ✓Foundational knowledge of Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- ✓A "figure-it-out" mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach
- ✓Availability to be in-office during June and parts of August
