The Senior Digital Designer will work closely with the Head of Design, and the wider Commercial team, to deliver strategic, scalable and world leading product marketing and brand collateral. You will be the design and brand expert in the business, helping to lead the design vision for the company.

You need to be passionate about design, building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure consistency of our brand both internally and externally. This is a key role in the Commercial Deal Team, helping to deliver compelling assets that contribute to the growth of CarTrawlers partner base globally. You will be working with a fun but high performing team, driving the highest standards possible for design.
What you’ll do as a Digital Designer
• Lead the design and delivery of high impact visual assets that support the positioning of CarTrawler’s brand and proposition to the market
• Create persuasive, commercially focused materials including pitch decks, RFP responses, proposals, product marketing collateral, one pagers, presentations, and digital assets
• Translate complex product propositions and commercial strategies into clear, structured visual narratives
• Partner closely with commercial, product, and marketing stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver design solutions aligned to business goals
• Ensure all outputs uphold brand standards while continuously elevating visual quality and consistency
• Act as the design authority within the Commercial Deal Team, providing guidance on storytelling, layout, hierarchy, and best practice
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed, quality, and precision
• Own projects end to end, from concept through execution to final delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve templates, workflows, and visual systems to increase efficiency and consistency across deal cycles
• Maintain and evolve a scalable library of templates, assets, and design systems for commercial use
• Collaborate with our marketing team and wider business to ensure alignment across brand and business initiatives
• Review and refine materials produced by others to ensure clarity, consistency, and high design standards
• Stay current with design tools, digital best practice, and B2B commercial design trends
What you’ll bring to the team
• 8+ years’ experience in brand or product marketing design, ideally within technology or digital platforms
• 3 — 4-year degree or recognised certification in visual communications (graphic design)
• Proven track record designing pitch decks, RFP responses, and product marketing collateral
• Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex product and commercial propositions into clear, persuasive narratives
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint. Motion design a plus
• Experience presenting data, forecasts, and case studies through clear, credible data visualisation
• Ability to create scalable templates and design systems that drive consistency and efficiency across commercial materials
• High standards of layout, typography, hierarchy, and detail
• Comfortable operating in fast paced environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Self starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with commercial, product, and marketing teams
