About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join CarTrawler, a global travel tech company that makes travel smoother for millions worldwide. This role involves working with teams to deliver and configure products for a range of partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maximise the value of products by delivering best-in-class integrations and driving performance for partners
- →Articulate and manage requirements, working with stakeholders and the delivery team to refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- →Take ownership for successful delivery and launch of solutions, collaborating across teams to manage dependencies
- →Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering Managers to understand product capabilities and scaling options
- →Produce high-quality artefacts related to business rules and requirements
- →Identify opportunities for product improvements and contribute to the product roadmap
- →Contribute to the continuous improvement of a high-performing team
Requirements
- ✓3 years' experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, ideally with web and/or app products in an e-commerce context
- ✓Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is desirable
- ✓Third-level qualification in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
- ✓Strong understanding of lean/agile principles and the full software delivery lifecycle
- ✓Experience gathering requirements from external stakeholders and translating them into user stories/acceptance criteria
- ✓Strong backlog management experience: refinement, prioritisation, dependency management, release planning
- ✓Comfortable using data and KPIs to prioritise work and measure impact
- ✓Proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and senior leadership
- ✓Demonstrated ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to complex problem-solving
- ✓Experience working across multiple devices and channels to deliver cohesive customer experiences
