About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join Carvana, supporting Talent Acquisition efforts within our Operations Talent team. This role will involve building, developing, and leading the execution of full life-cycle recruiting for Carvana’s Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide and lead full life-cycle recruiting efforts for Operations recruiting
- →Inspire, motivate, and lead a recruiting team to meet hiring targets
- →Train and support team members in developing recruiting strategies
- →Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruiting effectiveness
- →Monitor and maintain weekly and monthly reports to track staffing metrics
- →Onboard and train new team members
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to meet evolving hiring needs
- →Develop team to leverage diverse sourcing techniques
- →Support Operations leadership job requisitions
- →Ensure a candidate-centric approach
- →Partner with Talent Development, HR Operations, and Operations leadership
- →Constantly think of new ways to improve recruiting processes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
- ✓5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, including leadership recruiting
- ✓2+ years experience leading a team
- ✓Experience using virtual recruitment tools
- ✓Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to coach and motivate others with strong influencing skills
- ✓Energy and drive to accomplish goals and find solutions
