About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Account Manager to join our Get Your Car team at Carwow, focused on car buying. This role involves becoming an expert on various automotive brands and building strong relationships with dealer partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Become an expert on assigned brands, understanding their challenges and performance on the Carwow platform
- →Maintain regular communication with clients through phone and video calls to build lasting relationships
- →Provide performance analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance return on investment
- →Lead the onboarding and training of new dealerships
- →Take ownership of portfolio performance, including upselling additional products and services
- →Collaborate with the Partner Success team to execute client strategies
