About the Role
Catawiki is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their UX team. This role involves working on key elements of their value proposition to enhance user experience across the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive research efforts to identify user needs and align them with business goals
- →Transform ideas into viable solutions based on user research and data analysis
- →Create design deliverables such as user journeys, service blueprints, and prototypes
- →Align with multiple stakeholders and encourage a user-centered focus
- →Collaborate with the UX team to review designs and copy proposals
- →Facilitate and participate in concept workshops and design sprints
Requirements
- ✓A strong conceptual thinker with a passion for user needs
- ✓5–7 years of relevant working experience
- ✓An outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
- ✓A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in product design or equivalent experience
- ✓Solid understanding of user-centered design process and research methods
- ✓Fluent in design tools like Figma, with a plus for prototyping tools
- ✓Familiarity with design sprints, scrum/agile, and Lean UX
