About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior UX Researcher to join our UX team at Catawiki. This pivotal role combines hands-on research expertise with leadership in maturing our research practice. You will take a mixed-methods approach to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead research initiatives by setting the strategy and roadmap for Catawiki
- →Empower cross-functional teams with tools and best practices for research
- →Design and conduct mixed-methods research combining qualitative and quantitative techniques
- →Advocate for users and influence stakeholders with research findings
- →Measure and improve customer satisfaction across the user journey
- →Present findings in compelling ways and create user models
- →Foster research maturity by developing a UX research roadmap
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in UX research
- ✓Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights
- ✓Passion for customer-centricity and user advocacy
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- ✓Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, or related field
